I come across Donna and Cheryl in 2020 after I had started a new relationship. I then joined The Real You programme shortly after. I followed the programme doing the work and looking deep within for the why and what I wanted. I found the thing I wanted most was a child/family of my own. I did the work started journalling and affirmations and 3 months later I was found out I was pregnant, this was an absolute bonus, the most important part was the positive mindset I had created and learned to live.
