"What a difference a year makes…"
This time last year, I was struggling to focus, constantly swamped and never felt good enough to progress in my day-to-day, never mind excel and create my dream business… my confidence and self belief was at rock bottom.
Now? One year on, I am an accredited break-up and divorce coach with a waitlist of clients. I write a regular column for Luxe Magazine, I’m contributing to an anthology which later this year will be published worldwide and promoted at Times Square NYC, I feature on podcasts, and I've been asked for comment and spotlight features in print and online media. I have been invited to speak on panels, been booked (and paid!) to speak at events, get to collaborate with DREAM International organisations, and am now planning my own retreats…
What a difference a year makes…
Couldn’t decide if I was ready to invest in full coaching, so attended the immersive day in London with Donna & Cheryl. Those 8 hours changed my life, and now I’m in Limitless and they’ll never get rid of me!
"I didn’t realise I was holding myself back so much."
I felt really overwhelmed and frazzled, really busy with tutoring and working in the business trying to do everything and not achieving what I wanted. Working all day and then for hours on an evening, missing time with Lizzie, and feeling so exhausted and like it was the opposite of why I started the business (no freedom or flexibility).
The biggest changes are the time I have with my family - so much more time. And the way I’m leaning into mindset coaching and exam skills as well as tutoring. Really happy about pivoting to empowering teenagers to thrive as well as succeed and seeing their transformations and exam results.
I didn’t realise I was holding myself back so much. And that I was carrying so much heavy grief around with me. I didn’t realise I could feel so much joy and peace.
Dealing with really heavy emotions and grief that was locked away, learning a new way of living where I can choose how I feel, and having the magical support of Donna, Cheryl and all the unicorns who lift you up and make you feel that you’re capable of more than you’d ever dreamed possible
