Cheryl is a Master NLP Practitioner and Advanced Pranic Healer with specialist training in Psychic Self-Defense, Crystal Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy. Her studies in Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Feng Shui, Spiritual Business Management and Kriyashakti with the Institute for Inner Studies Inc. underpin her unique approach to transformation. She weaves energy mastery and healing together to help people clear energetic blocks, restore balance and create alignment and flow in every area of life.
Dr Donna is a Doctor of Consciousness Studies, E4® Trauma Coach and certified Spiritual Practitioner and Spiritual Psychology Coach. A graduate of Emerson Theological Institute, her work bridges neuroscience, quantum physics and spirituality to create deep, lasting transformation. She teaches people how to understand and work with universal laws and quantum principles in practical, everyday ways so they can consciously shape their reality and experience the freedom, peace and fulfilment that come from living in alignment.

For the past two years, they’ve warmed up and energised our TEDxTeesside crowd in ways that set the tone for the entire event.
In 2023, they spoke on our stage and delivered what I can only describe as an incredible TEDx talk focused on identity imprinting. It’s a must watch for anyone serious about self-development.
This year, their grounding exercise at the start of our event reminded everyone to listen to what’s inside of them, that niggle of an idea, that dream that might feel too big. It led to so much good stuff already and beautifully guided people to our Dream Dare Do area to commit to their dreams.
